We are DC Rowing News.
This site is run by a collective group of rowing enthusiasts in the DC Metro area. Spurred by the cancellation of the Washington Post All-Met Awards, we will recognize and discuss excellence in our sport.
We strive to be a central location to report, commentate, and occasionally quip about notable happenings in our sport.
Later this year will we announce a revived Spring Rowing Awards reminiscent of All Met, but with a more transparent nomination/voting process and the additional of physical plaques and prizes.
Your voices will be apart of this. Anonymous commenting is turned on because that often is a catalyst for honest discussion, however this will be changed if the result is cowardly cruelty being anonymity.
